A Few Poems to Linger With

The Weather
The thunder roars with loud bangs and cracks, As stormy wrath rides clouded tracks.
Lightning flashes, sharp and bright, Splitting the darkness, piercing the night.
The Last Ordinary Day
What if tomorrow doesn’t arise, What if today isn’t kind to our eyes?

Will we remember it as our last, Or lose it quietly in the past?
Lifeline of Calm
When panic rises like a tide And shadows press from every side,

A gentle calm begins to grow A quiet breath, a softer glow.
Grow
The brightest dreams are all in my head, A world of light where fears are fled.

A brighter future lies ahead, they say, Yet shadows linger, night and day.
